Headquarters
of a large cargo-hauling company, the building comprises offices
and storage facilities in two connected structures. Composition
echoes the dynamic of client's programme with offices, the smaller
volume at the front, drawing at the large warehouse volume behind.
The guiding principles of the project were to ensure flawless
logistics and provide clear architectural expression with elements
strictly within investment value. Upon completion, an immediate
enlargement of both offices and storage facilities was commissioned,
completed in 2001. Having acquired an adjoining plot, the client
has entrusted us with developing an additional storage volume
of 4.200 m2, completed in 2004.
