A continuation of the Brdo Apartments project, the new building is located next to the first one, built in 2018, sited on a sloping terrain next to a green wedge, where views open towards Rožnik and further towards Triglav. The lower floor is dug into the terrain and is intended for parking and service areas. Above it are two residential floors, designed as an articulated dynamic form, wrapped in a two-color grid of verticals. Large terraces open into the green environment of the garden and the nearby meadows of Rožnik.
